Standard Return Policy you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

If the product you purchased arrives broken, faulty or is not what you thought you ordered, you can return it to info@itradestore.co.za

Any product purchased from iTrade store may only be returned or exchanged if it’s in its original, undamaged and unmarked condition after passing inspection at iTrade store facility.

A 25% handling fee will be charged on opened and used products. A courier collection fee of R150 will be charged for returns and exchanges.

Exchange

If an exchange has been approved, iTrade store will endeavor to replace a product with the same color as originally purchased. If this color is not available it will be exchanged with the same model in an available color. If a device has been discontinued, it will be exchanged for an equivalent product to the value of no more than the original purchase price to the original value.
